Cecil Wayne Burrow, 69, of Clarendon died Thursday, April 8, 2021 in Amarillo.

Graveside services were held on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 in Citizens Cemetery in Clarendon with Calvin Burrow, officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Robertson Funeral Directors of Clarendon.
Cecil was born October 14, 1951 in Clarksville, Texas to Bennie William and Wanda Nell Burrow. He was a resident of Clarendon most of his life. He worked for TDCJ, Wallace Monument, and was a rural mail carrier prior to his retirement. He enjoyed living the country life and was a hardworking man. He also enjoyed going to the VFW. Cecil loved his family especially his grandkids.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his children, Paige Bennett, Jake Bennett and wife Cassie, Kate Ballard and husband Johny, and Audrey Bennett; his grandchildren, Robin Jaramillo, Christian Clark, Shane Hagood, Damon Bennett, Kiersten Bennett, Jaquadon Ballard, Jazmyn Ballard, and Noah Pruitt; his siblings, Calvin Burrow and wife Beverly, Lloyd Burrow and wife Karla, and Nelda Durham and husband Darrell; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Active cases of COVID-19 have ticked up in the last two weeks, according to information from the Clarendon Family Medical Center.
